These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and availability

We try to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device shows colours accurately, and product images are for illustration. All products are subject to availability and we may change or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes for deliveries within the European Union unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices may change at any time before you place an order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email; at that point a contract is formed between you and us. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing or description error — and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We do not store full card details.

7. Shipping

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and return an order is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content without our permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. This does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. 15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
